This is the list of products that you will need:

• 300 gr. of fresh fruits of your choice
• 2 boiled potatoes or 3 pieces of whole wheat bread
• 2 boiled potatoes (you can also bake them, but never fry them) or 3 pieces of whole wheat bread
• 150 gr. of tuna (drained) or 15 gr. of grilled chicken or other white meat or 2 boiled eggs
• Liquids: you can drink tea and coffee without sugar (no alcohol or soda drinks).

In between every meal you can snack on a fresh cucumber or you can drink a cucumber smoothie. If you feel hungry you can eat them both. You can eat and drink cucumber as much as you want.

Menu for 1 day

Breakfast: 2 hard boiled eggs and a cucumber salad

In between meals: 1 peach (less than 200 gr.), 1 apple or 5 plums

Lunch: toasted whole wheat bread and a cucumber salad

In between meals: drink one cucumber shake

Dinner: Fruit salad (300 gr. of fruit)

Recipe for the cucumber salad:

You will need:

• 400 gr. of cucumber
• 200 ml of yoghurt or sour milk
• Salt
• Scallions


1. First you have to peel and chop the cucumber in small pieces. Now add a little bit of salt and stir well. Add the sour milk or yogurt and stir until combined. Finally add the scallions and the salad is ready.

Recipe for the cucumber shake:

You will need:

• 1 apple
• 1 cucumber
• A handful of spinach
• 20 gr. of walnuts and almonds
• Ginger


• In a blender add the spinach, apple and the cucumber (do not peel it) and blend well. Now add a little bit of fresh ginger and blend once again. You can decorate the glass by adding crushed almonds and walnuts. Remember that you have to drink the shake immediately, because you do not want to lose its healthy benefits. This delicious and natural cucumber shake contains a lot of vitamins and minerals, including: Vitamin B, K, A, E, C, magnesium, iron, fiber, calcium etc.

Note: while you are on this diet you need to exercise. Running, walking, riding a bike or even a quick workout in your home will do the trick. You will feel a lot better and you will get rid of the excess weight much faster.
