In the following 3 months, he was a completely new person. The blood pressure was 120/60 and he did not take insulin. His triglycerides levels were reduced to 1.4 and he lost more than 40 pounds. The best thing is that he did this naturally.

You will need:

• A handful of kale
• 2 apples
• ½ l of water
• 2 bananas
• 5 kiwis


Add the ingredients in a blender and make a smoothie.
