We all get chocolate cravings. We all love chocolate and when we opt for the healthier option we eat dark chocolate. However, despite the antioxidants it is still full of sugar. If we eat too much of it, it may cause inflammation.


We tried to find a recipe that will satisfy you, have minimal amount of sugar and still have the antioxidants from the dark chocolate.

This is a simple recipe and it requires cocoa powder and honey.

The honey has many health benefits and the coconut oil contains gelatin, which is excellent for hair and nail growth. Here is the recipe that will blow your mind.

You will need:

– 1/3 cup honey
– 1 cup of coconut oil
– ½ cup of coconut milk powder
– ½ cup water (cold)
– 3 tablespoons of gelatin
– 1 ¼ cup of boiling water
– 1 tablespoon of vanilla
– Pinch of salt

How to prepare the recipe:

First of all you need to grease your pan with coconut oil. Then boil the water. In a blender put the gelatin and the cold water and let it a few minutes to form a gel.

If you prefer you can only use cocoa powder and omit the coconut milk powder. We recommend using both as it tastes much better.

Add the cocoa powder and the coconut milk powder in the blender as well and blend it up. Transfer the mixture in the baking dish and put it in a fridge. It should set and then cut, eat and enjoy.
