Making an interesting breakfast is quite hard. Often we eat the same foods for breakfast and we get bored from this meal.
The breakfast presented in this article contains the same ingredients that are usually eaten in the morning, but is much more fun.
The following breakfast will keep you full longer and you will add amazing nutrients, good fats and protein in your daily diet. Below we explain why this breakfast is so healthy.
Avocados are loaded with fibers so they improve the function of the digestive tract. They keep the digestive system healthy and also reduce the risk of getting colon cancer. The fibers are natural detoxifiers as well. The fibers also eliminate the toxins in the colon. This reduces inflammation and regulates the immunity. Avocados are even beneficial for the heart.
Your heart will remain healthy since the cholesterol levels are balanced by the beta-sitosterol – a natural plant sterol. Certain cancer types and heart disease are prevented by the monosaturated fats found in abundance in avocados. Except of fibers, avocados contain magnesium, potassium, folic acid and vitamin E.
Your heart will also be healthy by consuming eggs since they are loaded with many beneficial nutrients. Eggs are loaded with vitamin E – reduces the risk of cancer development, protein, vitamin B12 – aids the production of erythrocytes, vitamin B2 – aids the digestion process and vitamin A – improves vision.
Eggs, as well as avocados, will keep you full for a longer time. Combine these two ingredients to get an amazing and delicious breakfast that is full of nutrients.
