If you cannot find flaxseed flour you can make your own by grinding regular flaxseed. Remember that is very important to consume only fresh grinded flaxseed, do not make extra for the other days, since it can become rancid.

Make a portion every morning.

Eat this mixture as a breakfast and drink 2 liters of water every day. You can achieve amazing results if you drink water with honey.
